Why fitness?

Fitness means the condition of being healthy and strong. There is one more meaning for fitness ,which is the quality of being suitable(Example: Coach says he is not having the minimum level of fitness to participate in this game).

In simple words, Fitness is being physically and mentally fit with a good health.

When to exercise?

Early morning or Morning(5.30am - 11am):

Early morning workouts are best workout timing for the individuals who want to lose weight and get fitter in shape. For those kind of people the early morning workouts are perfectly fine and makes that day to stay active in rest of the day activities remaining in the day.


Afternoon(12pm - 4pm):

Afternoon workout can also be great time to workout, since reduces the laziness in  the working hours and to avoid an end of the day slump.

Evening(4pm - 9pm):

Evening workout is the perfect time to workout, where you will be not having any rush to work scenario and you will be having enough energy to do long workouts in that time. It is a perfect time for people who want to do heavy workouts for bulking. It will help you to unwind from a tough day. You will be having a deep sleeps in night.
